Most guys waste more than that monthly on supplements, programs they don't use, and gym memberships they're not maximising. A90 is the structure that makes everything else actually work. One session of progress beats months of spinning your wheels.
Dan programmes for wherever you train — commercial gym, home gym, or a mix of both. Your programme is built around your equipment, not the other way around.
That's entirely based on your schedule and goals. Most clients train 3–5 times per week. Dan builds the programme around your actual availability — not an idealised version of it.
Life happens. Dan adjusts your programme in real time. Travel weeks, busy periods, and unexpected events are factored in — that's the point of having an actual coach rather than a PDF.
12 weeks minimum, billed weekly at $95. After 12 weeks you can continue week to week. Most clients stay because they're seeing results they haven't seen before.
